We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then delivery takes 5 to 10 business days to the United States, 7 to 14 to Europe and 10 to 20 to the rest of the world. Standard shipping is free worldwide.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Enter it on our Track Order page. The first scan can take 5 to 7 working days to appear.

Yes, within 2 hours of placing it. Email info@zenkimono.com with your order number and the change you need. After that your order may already be processing.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item with its tags and packaging. Email us first; we send a return authorization and a printable return label ($7.95 per item, deducted from the refund). You can also exchange for another size, color or style. Details in our Refund Policy.

Email us a photo with your order number: within 7 days of delivery for damage in transit, within 30 days for a faulty item. We send a replacement or a full refund, and the return costs you nothing.

Each product page lists its sizes. Most pieces come in S to XL or one free size, and several robes run up to 6XL. Between two sizes, take the larger one for the relaxed kimono fit, or email us your height and usual size and we will advise.
