A boho print, open front kimono cardigan in flowing rayon, printed with an ikat-style tribal geometric pattern on a blue base. The rayon is light and soft against the skin, cut with an ample fit that skims rather than clings, and the ikat pattern gives it more visual interest than a plain block color would. It looks handmade even though the sizing is simple and consistent, and the one-size cut fits a wide range of body types without pulling anywhere.
It runs to the ankle, which gives it enough coverage to work as a real cover-up over a swimsuit, not just a short throw-on. The geometric print holds up well against bright sand and water without washing out in photos, and the blue base pairs easily with most swimwear colors, from black to bright coral. How do I care for my kimono?
Follow the care label on your piece. Cotton and polyester kimonos usually take a cold, gentle wash and hang to dry. Silk and satin pieces prefer a gentle hand wash in cold water, no wringing and no tumble dryer.
