This pajama set is white cotton with a rose floral print, cut in a kimono style with a wrap top and matching bottoms. It sits at hip length, light enough for a warm bedroom and soft against the skin from the first wash. The rose print sits mostly at the hem and sleeves, leaving the body of the top mostly plain white.
The white base keeps the rose print looking fresh and a little delicate rather than busy. Cotton is breathable and absorbs moisture well, which matters more than it sounds for anyone who tends to run warm overnight. It also tends to get softer with each wash, so this set improves with regular use rather than wearing out.
Wrap the top and tie it loosely at the side for the classic kimono shape, or wear it open over a camisole on hotter nights. How do I care for my kimono?
Follow the care label on your piece. Cotton and polyester kimonos usually take a cold, gentle wash and hang to dry. Silk and satin pieces prefer a gentle hand wash in cold water, no wringing and no tumble dryer.
