This kimono top comes in purple with a floral print, made from a cotton and rayon blend and cut to hip length. It closes with a tie at the waist, giving it a bit more shape than an open cardigan style. The tie is the main difference from the open-front cardigans elsewhere in the collection, giving this one a defined shape even when worn loosely.
The purple base makes the floral print stand out more than it would on a paler background, giving this one a bolder, more dressed-up feel. It works well knotted at the waist for structure or worn loose over other layers. Purple is less common than the pinks and blues elsewhere in the range, useful if you want something that stands out.
Tie the belt at the waist for a fitted silhouette, or leave it loose and open over a plain top and jeans. Cinch the tie tighter if you want the top to sit closer to the body, or leave it loose for a more relaxed fit. The cotton and rayon blend is light enough for warm weather while holding a bit more shape than a sheer fabric would. Wash cold and hang to dry.

How do I care for my kimono?
Follow the care label on your piece. Cotton and polyester kimonos usually take a cold, gentle wash and hang to dry. Silk and satin pieces prefer a gentle hand wash in cold water, no wringing and no tumble dryer.
