This kimono top comes in blue with a floral print, made from a cotton and rayon blend and cut to hip length. It has an open front and short sleeves, light enough to wear straight over a swimsuit. The floral print sits in small clusters across the blue base, similar in scale to the other short kimono tops in the range.
The floral print on blue gives it a fresh, beach-ready feel, and the loose cut leaves plenty of room to move. It doubles easily as an everyday layer over jeans or shorts when you are not near the water. Because the cut is loose and the sleeves are short, it works especially well in hot, humid weather.
Wear it open over your swimsuit on the way to the pool or the beach, or tie it at the waist for a bit more coverage. For everyday wear, pair it with jeans or shorts rather than saving it only for the pool. The cotton and rayon blend breathes well in the heat and dries faster than terry cloth cover ups. Rinse out chlorine or salt water, then wash cold and hang to dry.

How do I care for my kimono?
Follow the care label on your piece. Cotton and polyester kimonos usually take a cold, gentle wash and hang to dry. Silk and satin pieces prefer a gentle hand wash in cold water, no wringing and no tumble dryer.
