A men's yukata in white and light gray, printed with a subtle, textured pattern rather than left plain, made from a linen-textured polyester with the ankle-length, straight-cut silhouette of the style. White is an unusual choice for a yukata, which tends to run darker for practicality, so this one leans more toward ceremony than everyday wear.
Available in M and L, it is cut for a man's build through the shoulders and chest, with the same wide sleeves you will find across the rest of the men's range.
Wrap it left over right, tie it at the waist, and wear it loose for the most comfortable fit. Because it is white, it pairs well with a black obi-style belt if you want more contrast, and it works for both indoor and outdoor wear in warm weather. The textured weave also keeps the white from looking flat under bright light, which is a common problem with plain white cotton, and it gives the surface enough interest to wear without an obi and still look finished. How do I care for my kimono?
Follow the care label on your piece. Cotton and polyester kimonos usually take a cold, gentle wash and hang to dry. Silk and satin pieces prefer a gentle hand wash in cold water, no wringing and no tumble dryer.
