This kimono robe comes in a sheer chiffon with a pink floral print touched with red and green, cut to knee length. The fabric is lightweight and see-through, made to layer over something rather than worn alone. The sheer weave lets light pass through, so the floral colors shift slightly depending on what sits underneath.
It follows a Japanese-inspired cut through the body, wide sleeves and an open front, but the sheer chiffon and floral colors give it a lighter, more boho feel than the satin robes in the range. It works best as a cover up or an outer layer. Because it is sheer, pairing it with a solid color underneath helps the pink, red and green print stand out clearly.
Wear it open over a swimsuit, a slip dress, or a plain top and jeans, letting the sheer fabric and floral print add color without adding weight. A thin belt at the waist gives it more shape if you want to wear it as an outer layer rather than left open. Wash gently and hang dry, sheer chiffon does not do well in the dryer. Iron on a low setting if needed, using a cloth between the iron and the fabric.

How do I care for my kimono?
Follow the care label on your piece. Cotton and polyester kimonos usually take a cold, gentle wash and hang to dry. Silk and satin pieces prefer a gentle hand wash in cold water, no wringing and no tumble dryer.
