This robe is done in yellow satin, printed with traditional figures in procession, a pagoda, and floral sprays across the fabric. It falls to the ankle for a full length silhouette, and the satin has a soft shine that reads as dressy without looking costume-like. Yellow is not a shade every robe comes in, which is part of the appeal here, and the scenic print gives it more to look at than a plain solid color.
The cut is generous and one size, built to drape over the body rather than fit close, so it works as easily over pajamas as it does over a slip. The fabric has enough weight to hang well without feeling heavy on the shoulders.

How do I care for my kimono?
Follow the care label on your piece. Cotton and polyester kimonos usually take a cold, gentle wash and hang to dry. Silk and satin pieces prefer a gentle hand wash in cold water, no wringing and no tumble dryer.
